Aamir Khan is the Bollywood Actor of the Decade. Not sticking to a conformist attitude, Aamir Khan the most intelligent actor of Bollywood took risks with a different kind of ‘cinema’ every time and emerged a winner. Barring for an aberration in the form of ‘Mangal Pandey-The Rising(2005)’ Aamir Khan gifted Bollywood with memorable blockbusters:
2000: Lagaan and Dil Chahta Hai
2006: Rang De Basanti and Fanaa
2007: Taare Zameen Par
2008: Ghajini
2009: 3 Idiots

Aamir is the actor who defined this decade! Lagaan made it to the Oscars and was the first Bollywood film to release in China. DCH redefined movies and started trend of youth based films. RDB spurred a movement across the country. TZP was applauded world over and is being used everywhere to enlighten people about dyslexia and child care issues. Ghajini was the highest grossing film in the history of Indian cinema and was the first film to cross the 200 crore mark. Ghajini also redefined marketing of movies in India. 3 Idiots is the highest grossing Indian film in India and overseas and is the first Indian film to cross the 300 crore mark. Fanaa was among the biggest hits of 2006 and grossed more than 90 crore without the Gujarat territory. Mangal Pandey which you call flop, was the biggest opener of 2005 and its first week collections were earth shattering. Aamir's movies have broken box office records, inspired social movements, redefined marketing, redefined movie making, each movie has made a mark internationally. HE OWNS THIS DECADE!
BTW, why are you insulting Aamir like this? If you want to name him as actor of the decade, then do so unconditionally! Why degrade him by putting this question mark on whether he deserves to be actor of the decade or not?
AAMIR KHAN should be the best actor of the decade by far because all his movie were the biggest hits and highest grossers over the years and each movie of his brought new trends which greatly influenced people in positive ways for example TZP, 3 idiots, dil chahta hai, lagaan etc. Even each role of his has greatly been remembered by the audiences.

well he has surpassed srk,sallu verily.but one thing in peculiar he hasn,t done shirky or shirk type of movies or songs like god tussi great ho or tujh mein rab dhikta hai.
aamir this word itself shows its unique nature or style of doing things ,
he deserve more than what he got till now.

HIS ONE OF THE BEST ACTORS AND IS THE ACTOR OF THE DECADE BECAUSE HE HAS BECOME BETTER THAN BEFORE. NOT LIKE SRK THAT IS STILL DOING THE SAME PERFORMANCES (JUST FEW EXCEPTIONS LIKE CHAK DE INDIA).

Aamir khan is the most versatile actor that bollywood currently is in possession of. Every time he changes himself and the way of his work, style and creativity.

i thing who have doubt about the best actor of the world aamir khan it mean that he is maid so dont think that ther wil b beter one than aamir k he is the best in all point of view in the world of acting/
