Priyanka Chopra Khatron Ke Khiladi 3 host

Priyanka Chopra will be taking over as the host of Khatron Ke Khiladi 3. The shooting of the third season starts July. his time the channel has decided to explore another exotic country in South America for its locales with a new host in tow -- Priyanka Chopra.
One of the regions shortlisted for the shoot is Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro that is well known for its beaches.

Says a source, "One unit of the channel has already done a recce of the area. Copacabana is one of the places they have identified for the shoot. There are also several rainforests in Brazil. The makers want the show's backdrop to look as enticing as the show."

The actress will do a start-to-finish shoot in July for the 16 episodes that will go on air in October. The contestants will be Indian and international cricketers and several will be from among those who are part of the ongoing Indian Premier League.

Adds the source, "The channel has already begun approaching the players. Among the names that figure on the list include Yuvraj Singh, Gautam Gambhir, Virendra Sehwag, Adam Gilchrist, besides Brett Lee."

Priyanka Chopra on her part, has maintained that unlike Akshay she will not be sweet and kind to the contestants. She wants to be the hard taskmaster and would prefer to be the jallaad on the show goading the contestants to crack the tough tasks in as little time as possible. PC will also do several stunts herself.
